If Customer elects to obtain or use any of our products or services the Customer must register and enroll with us, and must agree to the Customer License Agreement and the terms of service.
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND/OR PROCESS
When the Customer is registered with us, we collect personal data necessary to provide the Customer with our Software and Services. Without your explicit consent, we do not transfer the personal data of the Customer to third parties.
We collect personal data when you visit, register, use and communicate with our website, as well as in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We may also receive your data from third parties in order to sell you products and services.
The subscription data, administrative, financial and protected data that we receive is intended to develop relations with customers, provide products and services to customers and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Personal Data we collect when you register with us online or create an online account: You can browse the Website without registering with us or creating an online account. If you choose not to register with us or create an online account we will not collect and use your personal data. However, in order to access certain resources or services via the Website, you will need to register with us. - To complete and support the current activity, Website and system administration, research and development, and to improve the navigation and content of the Website;
- To carry out User analysis, User profiling and decision making, for customers who opt in to sharing their data with us;

Website usage data: We use tools to measure Website visitor performance, click data, engagements with content on the Website, pathing, form completions, etc.
We also aggregate such data without Personal Data and use it to analyze user behavior and make decisions about how to improve the user experience.
All data is processed in the United States and is not transferred to the territory of other countries.
We does not in any way sell, lease or rent your information to third parties.

Customer’s information may be provided to third parties in order to provide agreed upon services, billing and collection, and to comply with regulatory requirements.
When making payments on the site, all information about payments and bank card details are processed by the service (www.stripe.com) in accordance with their policies and the conditions for processing confidential information.
Except as required by law and for the retaining ability to communicate with our Customers, we do not retain and delete Customer’s personal data at the conclusion of the Customer License Agreement and related services. As long as necessary to maintain our ongoing business relationship, or as needed to provide you with the products, services or information which you are entitled to or can otherwise reasonably expect to receive from us the data is maintained during a retention period that is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
CALIFORNIA'S "SHINE THE LIGHT" LAW
We acknowledge that California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to annually request and obtain information free of charge about what personal data is disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Company does not, without your consent, distribute your personal data that it collects to outside parties for their direct marketing, or any other purpose, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
